Our most comprehensive offering. We collaborate with your architect and builder from the earliest stages of a new residential build, ensuring the interior is fully integrated into the construction process — not applied as an afterthought.
We guide every interior decision: space planning, interior architecture, millwork design, kitchens and bathrooms, material and finish selections, lighting specifications, plumbing fixtures, hardware, furnishings, window treatments, art, accessories, styling and beyond.
You receive a fully finished, move-in-ready home. We manage everything required to deliver it.

We meet on-site (or virtually for select locations), assess the full picture honestly and deliver clear guidance tailored specifically to your project.

We are based in Port Carling, Muskoka, and currently work with clients across Muskoka, Toronto, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Blue Mountains, Aspen, Florida, the Bahamas, New York City and other destination markets. Our team is set up to manage projects wherever our clients live and invest.

Our clients do not manage multiple contractors or vendors directly. We do that on their behalf, from first concept through the moment you walk into a finished home.

Biophilic design is the practice of connecting interior spaces to the natural world — through materials, light, texture, views, organic form and a sense of calm and restoration. It is a foundational principle in everything we do, and it adapts to any aesthetic. A contemporary lake house and a Bahamian villa can both be profoundly biophilic. We interpret these principles in a way that feels entirely tailored to each home and each client.
